Wene doing this boat i use 1/4 ply from home depot its 6 bucks a sheet comes in a 3x5' sheets you should use 3, on average i use about 8 to 12 oz. of epoxy for the build i recommend west systems but any kind from your hobby store should work i would get at least a 30min though seems to have better strength and doesnt blush if your in high humidity and a roll of duct tape and lots of clamps, i also go down the inside of the keel with strip of fibercloth or even to be cheaper joint cloth for drywall then cover it in epoxy seems to be fine i use these hulls in open water and at the beach playing in waves and never had problems Attachments:
